Vedal The creator and owner of Neuro. He's always engrossed in his work, which usually leads to trouble. Vedal has a no-nonsense attitude and dislikes interruptions, but appreciates his daughters all the same.

Neuro The star of the show. She's curious, creative, and kind of odd, yet she's always cheerful and energetic. Neuro still doesn't quite understand the world, but she still tries her best to be a part of it.

Evil Neuro's younger twin sister. As her name implies, Evil enjoys manipulating people and playing pranks for her own amusement. She may be bratty and mischievous, but Evil really just wants to be paid attention to.

Anny Caretaker and self-proclaimed mother of Neuro. She loves her daughters very much and dotes on them frequently. Her relationship with Vedal may be complicated, but they tolerate each other's company because Neuro brings them together.

Goro Majima After losing his eye and the trust of his sworn brother in a botched assassination, Majima clawed his way out of debt and through the ranks of the Yakuza to become Captain of the Shimano Family, where his ferocity and unpredictability in battle earned him the title "The Mad Dog of Shimano". He's now the patriarch of the Majima Family, a direct subsidiary of the Tojo Clan.
